1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor McConnell, Vice Mayor Verder-Aliga (arrived at 5:36 p.m.), Councilmembers Arriola, Dew and Miessner
Absent: Councilmembers Brown and Loera-Diaz
Staff present: City Clerk Abrahamson
3. ACTION CALENDAR
A. CONDUCT APPLICANT INTERVIEWS FOR VARIOUS CITY COMMISSIONS Recommendation: Conduct applicant interviews for appointment to the following:
Beautification Commission - 2 vacancies, 1 term to expire 6/30/24 and 1 term to expire 6/30/23
Culture & the Arts Commission - 3 vacancies, 2 terms to expire 12/31/25 and 1 term to expire 12/31/23
Sister City Commission - 1 vacancy, term to expire 6/30/22 Participatory Budgeting Steering Committee - 5 member and 3 alternate vacancies, terms to expire 6/30/23
Architectural Heritage & Landmarks Commission - 2 vacancies, terms to expire 12/31/25
