1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 4:01 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor McConnell, Vice Mayor Verder-Aliga (arrived at 4:11 p.m.), Councilmembers Arriola, Brown, Dew (arrived at 4:15 p.m.), Loera-Diaz, and Miessner
Absent: None
Staff present: Interim City Manager Malone, City Attorney Nebb and City Clerk Abrahamson, Interim Assistant City Managers Hayes and Davis, Special Advisor to City Manager-Economic Development Manager Kelley, Project Manager Hanford, and Human Resources Consultant Valdez.
Speakers: Belinda Seidemann and Joe Feller.
The City Council convened into closed session via separate teleconference at 4:12 p.m.
