1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:32 p.m.

Present: Mayor McConnell, Vice Mayor Verder-Aliga (arrived 5:34 p.m.), Councilmembers Arriola, Brown, Dew, Loera-Diaz, and Miessner
Absent: None
