The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m.

Present: Mayor McConnell, Councilmember Arriola (left at 6:45 p.m.), Brown, Dew, Loera-Diaz, and Miessner
Excused Absence: Vice Mayor Verder-Aliga (no applicants from District 1 to interview) Staff present: City Clerk Abrahamson
3. ACTION CALENDAR
A. CONDUCT APPLICANT INTERVIEWS FOR THE SURVEILLANCE
ADVISORY BOARD
Recommendation: The purpose of this special meeting is to conduct applicant interviews only for appointments to the Surveillance Technology Board (SAB).
