The meeting was called to order at 5:01 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor McConnell, Vice Mayor Verder-Aliga (arrived at 5:15 p.m.), Councilmembers Arriola, Brown (arrived at 5:06 p.m.), Dew, Loera-Diaz (arrived at 5:03 p.m.), and Miessner
Absent: None
Staff present: Interim City Manager Malone, City Attorney Nebb, City Clerk Abrahamson, Interim Assistant City Manager Hayes, and Interim Assistant City Manager Davis.
Speaker: Joseph Estrada.
The City Council convened into Closed Session in the Council Conference Room at 5:06 p.m.
