1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 4:32 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor McConnell, Vice Mayor Verder-Aliga (arrived at 4:34 p.m.), Councilmembers Arriola, Brown, Dew, Loera-Diaz, and Miessner (arrived at 4:47 p.m.)
Absent: None
Staff present: Interim City Manager Malone, City Attorney Nebb, City Clerk Abrahamson, Interim Assistant City Managers Hayes and Davis.
The City Council convened into closed session in the Council Conference Room at 4:37 p.m.
3. CLOSED SESSION
A. Conference with Legal Counsel - Existing Litigation pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1)
