1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:33 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor McConnell, Vice Mayor Verder-Aliga, Councilmembers Arriola, Dew (arrived at 5:35 p.m.), and Loera-Diaz
Absent: Councilmembers Brown and Miessner
Staff present: Interim City Manager Malone, City Attorney Nebb and City Clerk Abrahamson, Interim Assistant City Managers Hayes and Davis, Carmen Valdez, Human Resources Consultant, and Aaron Slater (Beauchaine Consulting Group, LLC)
The City Council convened into closed session in the Council Conference Room at 5:38 p.m.
