1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 4:36 p.m.

Present: Mayor McConnell, Vice Mayor Verder-Aliga (arrived at 4:40 p.m.), Councilmembers Arriola, Brown, Dew (arrived after roll call), Loera-Diaz, and Miessner (arrived at 4:39 p.m.)

The City Council convened into Closed Session in the Conference Room at 4:39 p.m.
