1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 4:30 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor McConnell, Vice Mayor Verder-Aliga (arrived at 4:36 p.m.), Councilmembers Arriola, Brown (arrived at 4:35 p.m.), Dew (arrived at 4:38 p.m.), Loera- Diaz, and Miessner
Absent: None
Staff present: City Manager Malone, City Attorney Nebb, City Clerk Abrahamson, Assistant City Managers Hayes and Davis.
The City Council convened into closed session in the Council Conference Room at 4:37 p.m.
3. CLOSED SESSION
A. Conference with Real Property Negotiators Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8
Property: APN 066-050-170, 1100 Railroad Avenue, Building 46, Vallejo, CA and 1065 & 1075 Walnut Avenue, Quarters A & B, Vallejo CA City Negotiators: Mike Malone, City Manager; Gillian Hayes, Assistant City Manager; and Veronica Nebb, City Attorney
