REVISED AGENDA: The mailed postcard notice for this meeting Public Hearing related to garbage rates stated 7 p.m. time instead of 6 p.m. This meeting will be pushed back 1 hour to start at 7:00 p.m. as the Public Hearing was noticed for 7:00 p.m. In addition, one of the rate tables published in the packet contained a formula error. Revised attachments have been replaced to correct these errors.
NOTICE: Members of the Public will be able to participate in-person or remotely via Zoom.
City Hall and the Council Chambers will be open to members of the public 30 minutes prior to the start of the meeting.

Recommendation: Conduct a public hearing regarding the proposed garbage rate increase. If appropriate, after hearing, adopt a resolution adopting the proposed garbage rate increases.
