1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor McConnell, Councilmembers Arriola, Brown, Dew, and Miessner (arrived at 6:05 p.m.)
Absent: Vice Mayor Verder-Aliga and Councilmember Loera-Diaz Staff present: City Manager Malone, Chief Assistant City Attorney Risner, City Clerk Abrahamson, Assistant City Manager Davis, Carmen Valdez, Human Resources Advisor, Laura Zagaroli, Assistant City Attorney; Rekha Nayar, Finance Director, and Shawny Williams, Chief of Police
Council convened into Closed Session in the Council Conference Room at 6:07 p.m.
