1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:36 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor McConnell, Councilmembers Arriola, Brown, Dew, and Miessner
Absent: Vice Mayor Verder-Aliga and Councilmember Loera-Diaz Staff present: City Clerk Abrahamson
3. BOARD/COMMISSION APPLICANT INTERVIEWS
A. CONDUCT APPLICANT INTERVIEWS FOR THE ARCHITECTURAL
HERITAGE & LANDMARKS, BEAUTIFICATION, CIVIL SERVICE,
ECONOMIC VITALITY, MCCUNE COLLECTION, AND PLANNING
COMMISSIONS AND THE GREATER VALLEJO RECREATION DISTRICT (GVRD) BOARD
Recommendation: Conduct applicant interviews for appointment to the following:
Architectural, Heritage & Landmarks Commission - 1 vacancy. Term to expire 12/31/25
Beautification Commission: 2 vacancies. Terms to expire 6/30/26 Civil Service Commission: 1 vacancy. Term to expire 6/30/26 Economic Vitality Commission: 4 vacancies. 1 term to expire 6/30/23 and 3 terms to expire 6/30/26
McCune Collection Commission: 2 vacancies. 1 term to expire 6/30/24 and 1 term to expire 6/30/26
Planning Commission: 1 term to expire 6/30/26
GVRD Board: 1 vacancy. Term to expire 12/31/23
