1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:15 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor McConnell, Vice Mayor Verder-Aliga, Councilmembers Arriola, Brown (arrived at 5:18 p.m.), Dew, and Loera-Diaz (arrived at 5:23 p.m.)
Absent: Councilmember Miessner
