1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor McConnell, Vice Mayor Verder-Aliga (arrived at 5:05 p.m.), Councilmembers Arriola, Brown (arrived at 5:09 p.m.), Dew (arrived during Closed Session), Loera-Diaz, and Miessner
Absent: None
Staff present: City Manager Malone, City Attorney Nebb, City Clerk Abrahamson, Assistant City Managers Davis and Hayes.
The Council convened into Closed Session at 5:08 p.m.
