1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:36 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor McConnell, Vice Mayor Verder-Aliga, Councilmembers Arriola, Brown, Dew, and Loera-Diaz
Absent: Councilmember Miessner
Staff present: City Clerk Abrahamson
3. BOARD/COMMISSION APPLICANT INTERVIEWS
A. CONDUCT APPLICANT INTERVIEWS FOR THE ARCHITECTERAL
HERITAGE & LANDMARKS, ECONOMIC VITALITY, AND SISTER CITY
COMMISSIONS, AND THE CODE ENFORCEMENT APPEALS BOARD
Recommendation: Conduct applicant interviews for appointment to the following:
Architectural Heritage & Landmarks Commission - 1 vacancy. Term to expire 12/31/25
Code Enforcement Appeals Board - 1 vacancy. Term to expire 12/31/25 Economic Vitality Commission - 4 vacancies. 1 term to expire 6/30/23 and 3 terms to expire 6/30/26

Economic Vitality Commission: L. Alexander Matias and Dwight Monroe Participatory Budgeting Steering Committee: Ruscal Cayangyang and Ann Adams
