1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:04 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor McConnell, Vice Mayor Verder-Aliga (arrived during Closed Session), Councilmembers Arriola, Brown (arrived during Closed Session), Dew, Loera-Diaz (arrived during Closed Session), and Miessner
Absent: None
Staff present: Assistant City Manager Davis, City Attorney Nebb and City Clerk Abrahamson
The Council convened into Closed Session at 5:06 p.m.
3. CLOSED SESSION
A. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION - Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957

4. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned shortly before the start of the Vallejo Flood & Wastewater District meeting which begins at 6:00 p.m.
