The Community Forum is an opportunity to address the Participatory Budgeting Steering Committee (PBSC) on any matter for which another opportunity to speak is not pr ovided on the agenda, and which is within the jurisdiction of the PBSC to resolve. Any interested members of the public desiring to c ommunicate with the PBSC as part of the Community Forum may do so in person by submitting a c ompleted speaker’s card to the City Clerk or via ZOOM:(https://ZoomRegular.Cityofvallejo.net), Option to join by phone: Dial (669) 900 - 6833. 9. DISCUSSION ITEMS
A. CYCLE 8 IDEA COLLECTION OUTREACH DISCUSSION
The Cycle 8 Idea Collection Phase will launch on Monday August, 1 2022. City staff and PBSC will identify strategies for idea collec tion, including idea collection methods, outreach strategies, and immediate next steps to be executed in the month of June 2019. PBSC members will also sign up for idea collection tasks and roles.

B. CYCLE 8 IDEA EVENTS CALENDAR
PBSC and staff will establish the in-person event calendar for the Cycle 8 Idea Collection phase.

A. WATERFRONT HISTORY ART PARK IMPLEMENTATION
Action: By action the PBSC will approve the motion to utilize allocated PB funds towards design fees for the Cycle 3 project.
