1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:02 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor McConnell, Vice Mayor Verder-Aliga (arrived at 5:05 p.m.), Councilmembers Arriola, Brown (arrived during Closed Session), Dew, Loera-Diaz, and Miessner (arrived during Closed Session)
Absent: None
Staff present: City Manager Malone, City Attorney Nebb, City Clerk Abrahamson, Assistant City Manager Davis, Deputy City Attorney Jackson, and HR Consultant Valdez
The City Council convened into closed session in the Council Conference Room at 5:05 p.m.
