1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 4:01 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor McConnell, Vice Mayor Verder-Aliga (arrived at 4:06 p.m.), Councilmembers Arriola, Brown (arrived at 4:15 p.m.), Dew, Loera-Diaz, and Miessner
Absent: None
Staff present: City Manager Malone, City Attorney Nebb, City Clerk Abrahamson, Assistant City Managers Hayes and Davis, and Deputy City Attorney Jacob
City Attorney Nebb requested Council take action to add an emergency closed session item to the agenda and discussion.
Action: Moved by Mayor McConnell and carried unanimously by members present to add the following item to the Closed Session meeting agenda (Absent – Brown)

The City Council convened into Closed Session in the Council Conference Room at 4:08 p.m.
