1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor McConnell, Vice Mayor Verder-Aliga, Councilmembers Arriola, Brown, Dew, Loera-Diaz, and Miessner
Absent: Councilmember Arriola
Staff present: City Manager Malone, Assistant City Manager Hayes, City Attorney Nebb City Clerk Abrahamson, Risk Manager Sarkis and Deputy City Attorney Jacob
The Council convened into Closed Session in the Council Conference Room at 5:04 p.m.
