1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 4:47 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor McConnell, Vice Mayor Verder-Aliga (arrived during closed session), Councilmembers Arriola, Brown (arrived at 4:51 p.m.), Dew, Loera-Diaz, and Miessner
Absent: None
Staff present: City Manager Malone, City Attorney Nebb, City Clerk Abrahamson, Assistant City Managers Hayes and Davis, and Chief Assistant City Attorney Risner
The Council convened into Closed Session at 4:51 p.m.
