1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:19 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor McConnell, Vice Mayor Verder-Aliga, Councilmembers Brown, Dew (arrived at 5:23 p.m.), Loera-Diaz, and Miessner (arrived at 5:21 p.m.)
Absent: Councilmember Arriola
Staff present: City Clerk Abrahamson, Chief Assistant to City Attorney Risner, Assistant City Managers Davis and Hayes
Chief Assistant City Attorney Risner announced the two closed session items as shown on the meeting agenda were duplicative and are one and the same.
The City Council convened into Closed Session in the Council Conference Room at 5:24 p.m.
3. CLOSED SESSION
A. Conference with Legal Counsel-Anticipated Litigation Significant Exposure to Litigation Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(2): 1 Case
B. Conference with Legal Counsel - Anticipated Litigation - Significant Exposure to Litigation Pursuant to Paragraph (2) or (3) of Subdivision (d) of Government Code Section 54956.9 - 1 Case
4. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 6:53 p.m.
