1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Vice Mayor Verder-Aliga, Councilmembers Arriola, Brown, Dew (arrived at 5:43 p.m.), Loera-Diaz, and Miessner (arrived at 5:36 p.m.)
Absent: Mayor McConnell
Staff present: Chief Assistant City Attorney Risner, City Clerk Abrahamson and Assistant City Managers Davis and Hayes
The Council convened into Closed Session in the Council Conference Room at 5:34 p.m.
3. CLOSED SESSION
A. Conference with Legal Counsel - Anticipated Litigation - Significant Exposure to Litigation Pursuant to Paragraph (2) or (3) of Subdivision (d) of Government Code Section 54956.9 - 1 Case
4. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 6:25 p.m.
