1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 4:31 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor McConnell, Vice Mayor Verder-Aliga (arrived at 4:35 p.m.), Councilmembers Arriola, Brown (arrived at 4:48 p.m.), Dew, Loera-Diaz, and Miessner (arrived at 4:39 p.m.)
Absent: None
Staff present: City Manager Malone, City Attorney Nebb, City Clerk Abrahamson, Assistant City Managers Davis and Hayes, Human Resources Director Ferguson, and Aaron Slater (Beauchaine Consulting Group, LLC.).
The City Council convened into Closed Session in the Council Conference Room at 4:34 p.m.
