1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor McConnell, Vice Mayor Verder-Aliga (arrived during Closed Session), Councilmembers Brown (arrived during Closed Session), Dew, Loera-Diaz, and Miessner
Absent: Councilmember Arriola
Staff present: City Manager Malone, Chief Assistant City Attorney Risner, City Clerk Abrahamson, Assistant City Manager Davis, and Deputy City Attorney Jacob
The City Council convened into Closed Session at 5:32 p.m. in the Council Conference Room.
3. CLOSED SESSION
A. Conference with Legal Counsel - Existing Litigation: Kenneth Castellano v. City of Vallejo, Solano County Superior Court, Case No. FCS056492, Pursuant to California Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1)
4. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 6:00 p.m.
