1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 4:33 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor McConnell, Vice Mayor Verder-Aliga (arrived at 4:35 p.m.), Councilmembers Arriola, Brown, Dew (arrived at 4:55 p.m.), Loera-Diaz, and Miessner (arrived at 4:43 p.m.)
Absent: None
Staff present: City Manager Malone, Chief Assistant City Attorney Risner, City Clerk Abrahamson, Assistant City Managers Davis and Hayes, Human Resources Director Ferguson, Assistant City Attorney Zagaroli, and Aaron Slater (Beauchaine Consulting Group, LLC.)

Prior to adjourning at 12:19 a.m. Council returned to the Council Chambers in open to session. Chief Assistant City Attorney Risner reported staff provided direction to its real property negotiators with respect to Closed Session Items 3C and 3D.
