1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:45 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor McConnell, Vice Mayor Verder-Aliga, Councilmembers Arriola, Brown (arrived during Closed Session), Dew (arrived at 5:47 p.m.), Loera-Diaz, and Miessner (arrived during Closed Session)
Absent: None
Staff present: Assistant City Manager Davis, Chief Assistant City Attorney Risner, City Clerk Abrahamson, Assistant City Attorney Knight, Assistant City Manager Hayes, and Economic Development Director Nimon.
The Council convened into Closed Session in the Council Conference Room at 5:49 p.m.
