1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 6:02 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor McConnell, Vice Mayor Verder-Aliga, Councilmembers Arriola, Brown, Dew, Loera-Diaz, and Miessner
Absent: None
Staff present: City Manager Malone, City Attorney Nebb and City Clerk Abrahamson
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
4. CONSENT CALENDAR AND APPROVAL OF AGENDA
Prior to adoption of the Agenda and the Consent Calendar, City Attorney Nebb and Assistant City Manager Hayes reviewed the staff report for Consent Item 4B and clarified the proposed action.
Speaker: Paul Winders (Consent Item 4B).
Action: Moved by Vice Mayor Verder-Aliga and carried, unless otherwise noted, approval of the Agenda and the Consent Calendar (Noes-Arriola).
A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES

Action: Approved minutes.
B. ADOPT A RESOLUTION RATIFYING: (1) THE FILING WITH THE VALLEJO
PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY THE AMENDED EXHIBITS TO THE
AMENDED AND RESTATED MASTER LEASE AGREEMENT AND
AMENDED AND RESTATED MASTER SITE LEASE TO REFLECT THE
SUBSTITUTION OF THE REAL PROPERTY KNOWN AS 400 MARE ISLAND WAY, ASSESSOR PARCEL NO. 0055-160-560, FOR THE BLUE ROCK SPRINGS GOLF COURSE PROPERTY, ASSESSOR PARCEL NOS. 0081- 040-100; 0081-040-110; 0081-040-880; 0081-191-010; 0181-190-070; AND 0182-040-080 THEREIN; AND (2) AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
TAKE ALL ACTIONS NECESSARY TO EFFECT THE SUBSTITUTION

amended exhibits to the Amended and Restated Master Lease Agreement and Amended and Restated Master Site Lease to reflect the substitution of the real property known as 400 Mare Island Way, Assessor Parcel No. 0055-160-560, for the Blue Rock Springs Golf Course property, Assessor Parcel Nos. 0081- 040-100; 0081-040-110; 0081-040-880; 0081-191-010; 0181-190-070; and 0182-040-080 therein; and (2) authorizing the city manager to take all actions necessary to effect the substitution.

On behalf of the City Council, Councilmember Dew presented a City of Vallejo Cheeseboard and proclamation to Councilmember Brown acknowledging his years of dedication and service to the City of Vallejo.
Councilmember Brown provided comment.
On behalf of the City Council, Councilmember Dew’s daughters presented a proclamation to Councilmember Dew acknowledging her years of dedication and service to the City of Vallejo.
Mayor McConnell presented Councilmember Dew with a City of Vallejo Cheeseboard.
Councilmember Dew provided comment.
On behalf of the City Council, Councilmember Loera-Diaz presented a City of Vallejo Cheeseboard and proclamation to Councilmember Miessner acknowledging her years of dedication and service to the City of Vallejo.
Councilmember Miessner provided comment.

Councilmembers provided comment to outgoing members.
On behalf of Senator Dodd, Mayor McConnell presented proclamations to outgoing Councilmembers Brown, Dew and Miessner.
