1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor McConnell, Vice Mayor Verder-Aliga, Councilmembers Arriola, Bregenzer, Loera-Diaz, Matulac, and Palmares
Absent: None
Staff present: City Manager Malone, City Attorney Nebb, City Clerk Abrahamson, Assistant City Managers Hayes and Davis, and Economic Development Director Nimon.
The City Council convened into Closed Session in the Council Conference Room at 5:33 p.m.
3. CLOSED SESSION
A. Conference with Real Property Negotiators Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8
