The Community Forum is an opportunity to address the Council on any matter for which another opportunity to speak is not provided on the agenda, and which is within the jurisdiction of the Council to resolve. E. ADOPT A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPLICATION AND ADOPTION
OF THE PERMANENT LOCAL HOUSING ALLOCATION (PLHA) PLAN FOR THE 2022 PLHA FUNDING ALLOCATION
Recommendation: Adopt a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute the Standard Agreement by and between the City of Vallejo and the State of California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) for the City's 2022 Permanent Local Housing Allocation Program in the amount of $864,418.

F. ADOPT A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF
THE ROOF ON THE WATER DEPARTMENT'S MUD PRESS FACILITY WITH GARLAND/DBS, INC. FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $235,000 Recommendation: Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a construction contract for the replacement of the roof on the Water Department's Mud Press Facility with Garland/ DBS, Inc., for an amount not to exceed $235,000.
