1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m.

Present: Mayor McConnell, Vice Mayor Verder-Aliga (arrived during Closed Session), Councilmembers Arriola, Bregenzer, Loera-Diaz, Matulac, and Palmares
Absent: None
