If comments come to the Deferred Compensation Plan, 401(a) Defined Contribution Plan, and Retirement Health Savings Program Committee without prior notic e and are not listed on the AGENDA, no specific answers or response should be expected at this meeting per State law.
Pursuant to Government Code Section 5495.3 (The Brown Act), mem bers of the public shall be afforded the opportunity to speak o n any agenda item of interest to them provided they are first rec ognized by the presiding officer.
