1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:15 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor McConnell, Councilmembers Arriola, Bregenzer (arrived at 5:25 pm), Loera-Diaz, Matulac, and Palmares
Absent: Vice Mayor Verder-Aliga
Staff present: City Clerk Abrahamson
3. ACTION CALENDAR
A. CONDUCT APPLICANT INTERVIEWS FOR SURVEILLANCE ADVISORY BOARD FOR DISTRICTS 2 AND 5 AND THE PLANNING COMMISSION Recommendation: The purpose of this special meeting is to conduct applicant interviews only for appointments to the Surveillance Advisory Board for Districts 2 and 5 and for two vacancies on the Planning Commission. It is anticipated that appointments will be made at the City Council's regular meeting on February 14, 2023

Surveillance Advisory Board, District 2: Jasmine Chisley, Courtney Davis and Anthoney Stewart
Surveillance Advisory Board, District 5: Mike Moreno
Planning Commission: Tara Beasley Stansberry, Chris Platzer, Wanda Madeiros, Anthony Taylor, Garrett Toles, Ravi Shankar, and Felicia King
4. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
