1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 6:15 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor McConnell, Councilmembers Arriola, Bregenzer, Loera-Diaz, and Matulac
Absent: Vice Mayor Verder-Aliga and Councilmember Palmares Staff present: City Clerk Abrahamson
3. ACTION CALENDAR
A. CONDUCT APPLICANT INTERVIEWS FOR THE HUMAN RELATIONS,
HOUSING & COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT, ECONOMIC VITALITY,
ARCHITECTURAL HERITAGE & LANDMARKS COMMISSIONS AND THE
CODE ENFORCEMENT APPEALS BOARD
Recommendation: The purpose of this special meeting is to conduct applicant interviews only for appointments to fill vacancies on the Human Relations, Housing & Community Development, Economic Vitality, Architectural Heritage & Landmarks Commissions and the Code Enforcement Appeals Board. It is anticipated that appointments will be made at the City Council's regular meeting on February 28, 2023

Human Relations Commission: Melvin Jones
Housing & Community Development Commission: Tonia Lediju and Dennis Patrick
Economic Vitality Commission: Rob’Lena (Shay) Miles, Tiffany Tatum and Roberto Hernandez
Architectural Heritage & Landmarks Commission: Annalissa Quismorio and Angela McDonald
Code Enforcement Appeals Board: Edward Taylor, Vanessa Pilate and Rafael Mariscal
