Recommendation: The purpose of this special meeting is to conduct applicant interviews only for appointments to the Surveillance Advisory Board for Districts 2, 4 and 5 and for vacancies on the Commission on Culture & the Arts, Participatory Budgeting Steering Committee and the SolTrans Public Advisory Committee. It is anticipated that appointments will be made at the City Council's regular meeting on February 28, 2023
