The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m.

Present: Mayor McConnell, Councilmembers Arriola, Bregenzer, Loera-Diaz, Matulac, and Palmares
Absent: Vice Mayor Verder-Aliga
Staff Present: City Manager Malone, City Attorney Nebb, Deputy City Clerk Joya, Chief Assistant City Attorney Risner, Assistant City Managers Davis and Hayes, and Assistant to the City Manager Peterson
The City Council convened into Closed Session in the Council Conference Room at 5:06 p.m.
