1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor McConnell, Councilmembers Arriola, Bregenzer, Loera-Diaz, and Matulac
Absent: Vice Mayor Verder-Aliga and Councilmember Palmares Staff present: City Manager Malone, City Attorney Nebb, City Clerk Abrahamson, Assistant City Managers Davis and Hayes, and Christopher Boucher, Boucher Law.
The City Council convened into Closed Session in the Council Conference Room at 5:32 p.m.
3. CLOSED SESSION
A. Conference with Legal Counsel Regarding Anticipated Litigation (Significant Exposure to Litigation) Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(2) or (3)
4. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 6:15 p.m.
