City Council Liaison Tina Arriola administered the Oath of Office to newly appointed commissioner Loretta Gaddies.

Action: Motion to approve the January 18, 2023, PBSC Regular Meeting Agenda as presented was made by Commissioner Houston, seconded by Commissioner Gaddies, and approved unanimously.

Action: Motion to approve the November 16, 2022, PBSC Regular Meeting Agenda as presented was made by Co-chair Baisden, seconded by Commissioner Gaddies, and approved unanimously.
10. DISCUSSION ITEMS
A. PROJECT PARTICIPANT SURVEY DISCUSSION
To gather more community input on the efficacy of pro jects, staff suggest ed surveying project participants. PBSC provided suggestions for the survey including tailoring surveys to the individual proj ects, participation in surveys is optional and available throughout the duration of the project.
B. PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT PHASE
City Staff provided an update on the proposal development phase sinc e meetings began on December 1, 2022. Including a description of newly prequalified implementing partners and description of pot ential projects that Budget Delegates are pursuing.
