1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:02 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor McConnell, Vice Mayor Verder-Aliga (arrived at 5:05 p.m.), Councilmembers Arriola, Bregenzer, Loera-Diaz (arrived at 5:08 p.m.), Matulac, and Palmares
Absent: None

The City Council convened into Closed Session in the Council Conference Room at 5:03 p.m.
