1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor McConnell, Vice Mayor Verder-Aliga (arrived during Closed Session), Councilmembers Arriola, Bregenzer, Loera-Diaz, and Palmares
Absent: Councilmember Matulac
Staff present: City Manager Malone, Chief Assistant City Attorney Risner, City Clerk Abrahamson, Assistant City Managers Davis and Hayes, Police Chief Ta, Finance Director Nayar, and Aaron Slater, Beauchaine Consulting Group, LLC.
The City Council convened into Closed Session in the Council Conference Room at 5:33 p.m.
3. CLOSED SESSION
A. Conference with Labor Negotiators Pursuant to California Government Code Section 54957.6. Negotiators: Mike Malone, City Manager; Terrance Davis, Assistant City Manager; Aaron Slater (Beauchaine Consulting Group, LLC); Employee Organization: Vallejo Police Officers Association (VPOA)
4. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 6:43 p.m.
