1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor McConnell, Vice Mayor Verder-Aliga (arrived at 5:06 p.m.), Councilmembers Arriola, Bregenzer, Loera-Diaz, Matulac, and Palmares (arrived at 5:30 p.m.)
Absent: None
Staff present: City Manager Malone, City Attorney Nebb, Chief Assistant City Attorney Risner, City Clerk Abrahamson, Assistant City Managers Davis and Hayes, and Public Works Director Tigbao.
The City Council convened into Closed Session in the Council Conference Room at 5:04 p.m.
