1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:01 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor McConnell, Vice Mayor Verder-Aliga (arrived at 5:05 p.m.), Councilmembers Arriola (arrived during Closed Session), Bregenzer, Loera-Diaz, Matulac, and Palmares (arrived during Closed Session)
Absent: None
Staff present: Assistant City Manager Davis, City Attorney Nebb and City Clerk Abrahamson, Assistant City Attorney Hussein.
The City Council convened into Closed Session at 5:04 p.m.
