1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 4:30 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor McConnell, Vice Mayor Verder-Aliga (arrived at 4:38 p.m.), Councilmembers Arriola, Bregenzer, Loera-Diaz (arrived at 4:32 p.m.), Matulac, and Palmares (arrived at 4:50 p.m.)
Absent: None
Staff present: Assistant City Manager Davis, City Attorney Nebb, City Clerk Abrahamson, Interim Police Chief Ta, Aaron Slater (Beauchaine Consulting Group, LLC).
Speakers: an unidentified member of the public.
The Council convened into Closed Session in the Council Conference Room at 4:34 p.m.
3. CLOSED SESSION
A. Conference with Labor Negotiators Pursuant to California Government Code Section 54957.6.
Negotiators: Mike Malone, City Manager; Terrance Davis, Assistant City Manager; and Aaron Slater (Beauchaine Consulting Group, LLC); Employee Organization: Vallejo Police Officers Association (VPOA)
B. Conference with Labor Negotiators Pursuant to California Government Code Section 54957.6.
Negotiators: Mike Malone, City Manager and Terrance Davis, Assistant City Manager
Employee Organization: International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW), Local 1245.
