1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 4:31 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor McConnell, Vice Mayor Verder-Aliga (arrived at 5:23 p.m.), Councilmembers Arriola, Bregenzer, Loera-Diaz, Matulac, and Palmares
Absent: None
Staff present: City Manager Malone, City Attorney Nebb, Deputy City Clerk Joya, Chief Assistant City Attorney Risner, Assistant City Managers Davis and Hayes, and Human Resource Advisor Valdez.
Speakers:
The Council convened into Closed Session in the Council Conference Room at 4:36 p.m.
