1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 4:30 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor McConnell, Vice Mayor Verder-Aliga (arrived during Closed Session), Councilmembers Arriola, Bregenzer, Loera-Diaz (arrived at 4:36 p.m.), Matulac, and Palmares (arrived at 4:33 p.m.)
Absent: None
Staff present: City Manager Malone, City Attorney Nebb, City Clerk Abrahamson, Assistant City Managers Davis and Hayes, Assistant to the City Manager Peterson, Police Chief Ta, and Aaron Slater, Beauchaine Consulting Group, LLC.
The Council convened into Closed Session in the Council Conference Room at 4:33 p.m.
