1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 6:37 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor McConnell, Vice Mayor Verder-Aliga, Councilmembers Arriola, Bregenzer, Loera-Diaz, Matulac, and Palmares
Absent: None
Staff present: City Manager Malone, City Attorney Nebb and City Clerk Abrahamson
City Attorney Nebb reported no action was taken on the single Closed Session item held prior to the start of this special meeting.

RESIDENT GROUP
Recommendation: Receive presentation from MISTEA resident group on Community Facilities District (CFD). This is an informational item only. There is no action or staff report associated with this item

Mr. Boone, Mr. Glaze, Ms. Nichols and Ms. Grimm provided an overview of the Mare Island CFDs, discussed areas of mutual agreement and disagreement and requested Council actions moving forward.
Speakers: Cynthia L., Kimberly L., Ciri M., and Brian Nagy (Mare Island Company).
The presenters and staff responded to questions from Councilmembers.
Councilmembers provided comment.
