1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor McConnell, Vice Mayor Verder-Aliga (arrived during Closed Session), Councilmembers Arriola (arrived at 5:31 p.m.), Bregenzer, Loera-Diaz, Matulac, and Palmares (arrived during Closed Session)
Absent: None
Staff present: City Manager Malone, City Attorney Nebb, City Clerk Abrahamson and Human Resources Consultant Valdez
The Council convened into Closed Session in the Council Conference Room at 5:31 p.m.
3. CLOSED SESSION
A. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION - Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957
