1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 4:37 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor McConnell, Vice Mayor Verder-Aliga (arrived at 4:49 p.m.), Councilmembers Arriola, Bregenzer, Loera-Diaz, Matulac, and Palmares (arrived at 5:31 p.m.)
Absent: None
