1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 4:34 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor McConnell, Vice Mayor Verder-Aliga (arrived during Closed Session), Councilmembers Arriola, Bregenzer, Loera-Diaz (arrived at 4:35 p.m.), Matulac, and Palmares (arrived at 4:36 p.m.)
Absent: None
Staff present: City Manager Malone, City Attorney Nebb, City Clerk Abrahamson and Human Resources Director Sifeuntes
Speakers: Melissa Swift
The City Council convened into Closed Session in the Council Conference Room at 4:35 p.m.
3. CLOSED SESSION
