1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 4:30 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor McConnell, Vice Mayor Verder-Aliga (arrived at 4:34 p.m.), Councilmembers Arriola, Bregenzer, Loera-Diaz, Matulac, and Palmares
Absent: None
Staff present: Assistant City Manager Hayes, City Attorney Nebb, City Clerk Abrahamson, Chief Assistant City Attorney Risner, Chief Ta, Deputy Chief Gomez, and Aaron Slater, Beauchaine Consulting Group, LLC.
The Council convened into Closed Session in the Council Conference Room at 4:32 p.m.
3. CLOSED SESSION
A. Conference with Legal Counsel – Anticipated Litigation (Gov. Code section 54956.9(c); Initiation of Litigation, one case.
B. Conference with Labor Negotiators Pursuant to California Government Code Section 54957.6.
Negotiators: Mike Malone, City Manager; Stephanie Sifuentes, Human Resources Director and Aaron Slater (Beauchaine Consulting Group, LLC); Employee Organization: Vallejo Police Officers Association (VPOA)
4. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 6:10 p.m.
